♻ Reactor byproduct. Every reactor accrues fission products, over-bred Pu-240, and Xe-135 as it runs. When you withdraw ANY of them from the Fuel Port they consolidate into this one generic Nuclear Waste item — except Am-241 and Pu-238, the two usable isotopes, which you keep.
